What is behind your brand?

Where is PASMAdesign located?

Our store and heart is located in the suburbs of Kyiv, Ukraine. Production is organized as a small workshop and also our showroom, where women knitters who live nearby work. We are proud that we do not exploit cheap labor from other countries, but give the opportunity to realize creatively our local wonderful knitters.

Do you have an offline shop?

You can find us in our online store, as well as in our store in Kyiv. If we open a store in another location in the near future, we will be glad to tell everyone about this wonderful event.

How do you make your products?

All of our products are handmade, and overproduction is undesirable or impossible as part of our continued environmentally responsible approach
We strive to make our most popular products available for immediate shipment, although in very limited quantities.

ORDERS

How to order?

Select item you are interested in and click "Order", then fill in all the data we need to fulfill your order. It is very important for us that you check your size, choose your favorite colour and read about the fabric we use. If you have any additional questions feel free to write us, we will contact you and describe everything.

Is it safe to order from your shop?

You can rest assured that shopping on our site is secure! We use encryption systems for potentially sensitive information. Information transmitted between your computer and our site cannot be read in case someone else steals it.

How long can I wait for my product?

Because we focus on zero-waste production, we don't make inventory, we knit to order. We have a very small stock of the most popular items for quick shipments, but we just don't see it as practical to make all sizes in completely different colors. Unlike traditional fast fashion factories, we don't have hundreds of knitting machines, so when you place an order, your item goes into a queue system for production. This process can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks depending on the item.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Until your order is processed or shipped, we may make changes or cancel it. It depends on demand, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at the address listed in the contacts. Please be sure to let us know the necessary changes (shipping address, quantity, phone number, etc.) when you first contact us. If we are unable to cancel your order, you may return it to us upon receipt and request an exchange or refund.

Can I fully or partly customize my order?


Yes! We can discuss creating a custom size and color item just the way you want it - just choose your color and specify your wishes. If the product is custom made for you, please note that such products are considered individual and therefore non-refundable or non-exchangeable, and the production time and price of the item may vary.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept any credit or debit card on the Visa and MasterCard circuits, as well as American Express, and also PayPal, Payoneer and GooglePay

Do I have to pay any fees or taxes?

Any customs duties, fees and/or taxes are applied at the discretion of the delivery service and according to local laws of the country the goods are shipped to. All customs duties, fees and/or taxes must be paid by the customer. For accurate information on any fees when purchasing goods from abroad, we suggest getting in touch with your local customs office

If I make a return, how soon can I get a refund?

After we have received your return at our distribution centre a refund will be arranged within 10 days through your selected payment method.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

What country do you deliver to and how much will it cost to ship?

We ship all items globally. Shipping costs will be included while processing your order. All the information about our shipping methods is to be found here.

How can I track my order?

You can track the status of your shipment by entering your tracking number on carriers info tracking page. In case you did not receive a tracking number, please contact us so that we can help you.
Tracking is only available once the order has been dispatched.

Do you provide a free shipping?

Free shipping applies to all orders over $300.

How can I make a return?

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us quoting your order and name, full postal address and reason for return. Once you receive a reply, return your item with order number to the adress indicated in reply. Allow 10 working days for a full refund minus the postal charges after receiving the item.

QUALITY

How do I know about quality and organic?

We work only with certified yarns and say no to low-quality yarns. Each of our yarn purchases is hand-picked from trusted suppliers, and we always check colours and batches manually. If this is a custom order we are choosing everything personally.

How are your products different from the "mass market"?

Our yarns and materials are exclusively natural and organic. We like to work with mohair, merino and alpaca wool, cashmere, silk and cotton - fabrics that give us maximum pleasure in knitting and are pleasant to wear.

What about the specific odor of the wool?

Our garments are made of 100% organic wool and contain lanolin, the natural grease in the wool that naturally repels dirt and water. When the garment gets wet the natural odour of wool might get stronger. Should your garment have an unwanted scent you can always try to air it out for some time.

How do I know that the garement will not be prickly?

Even though our products are as natural as possible with no chemicals used, some people with sensitive skin or wool allergies may react to our products. Sometimes it can be difficult to determine if you have allergies or sensitivities to wool. Allergies to natural wool are rare, but it is still helpful to know this before ordering a product. Most of the fabrics we use are soft, do not prickle to the body and do not cause any irritation (although 100% wool may seem prickly to some people with hypersensitivity, but this is a normal quality for natural warm wool).
