Since all items are handmade in Ukraine only, orders will be sent from here via FedEx or DHL as Express option and Ukrposhta as domestic standard carrier. We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email once your order is ready. 

Taxes & Duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the price at checkout. These charges will be collected by the shipping service upon delivery. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine these costs.

Estimated delivery time

Express shipping may take from 3-7 days on average while standard international shipping time, depending on the destination, may take from 7 to 30 days. Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. While working to minimize shipping delays we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
