If you would like to exchange your product, please review our return and refund policy below.

Products must be returned in new condition with all tags attached to the item(s) and within 10 days from the date of order receipt. To initiate your return, please email our Customer Support. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping address. Please take attention that  we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error and that you are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. All returns are subject to inspection – items that have been worn, soiled, altered or damaged are not eligible for return, no refund will be processed.

Returns that are sent more than 10 days of the order ship date, or which are not accompanied by a Return Slip, or are otherwise sent without authorization cannot be accepted at our facility and will be returned to the sender. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns. 

If we issue a refund, please allow 10 days after receipt of the return of the product for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction.

Duty and taxes cannot be refunded on international returns.

You will receive your refund back to the original payment method. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
